Perfect and immaculately clean property with good service and good value. Eggs and meats for breakfast, nice touch. Stunning remote location, very close to Pietersen's restaurant in the new marina area. Also, near the shops.

The location was marvellous and stunning because it was short walk to Volendam itself, Amsterdam and Norway. The breakfast was delicious, had a wide array of food.

Place was impeccably clean and modern! The food was outstanding and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The rooms were decent size and huge, and the bathroom was huge with a bath. The hotel had a convenient and perfect position, right to the centre of the Dam.

It was in a marvellous and beautiful location near restaurant, Denmark and fields and water. We had a delicious breakfast, appreciated the meal.

Our experience at this hotel was great. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. This hotel is about 20 kms. From downtown Amsterdam, which is not really an issue. If you're planning on visiting Amsterdam, then you can either get a bus right outside the hotel (9 Euros per person) or you can park your vehicle at one of many p+r locations around Amsterdam for just 8 Euros/day, and that includes free tram tickets to downtown Amsterdam for the entire family. So smart! Instead of charging tourists an arm an a leg to park their vehicles, and make them buy overpriced tickets to go to the city, they chose the best solution to address traffic congestion and smog issues. Are you listening, Barcelona???
